RESUME OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL HISTORY

Professional Experience

2003 to Present - Founder and President of Wisniewski Consultants, Inc., an architectural/engineering consulting and investigation firm.  Consulting/investigative services include the following:

Construction Services: owners' and developers' representative, document/contract negotiations and review, cost analysis, on-site observations, progress payment and change order review.  Investigative Services: provide in-depth analysis of system or component problems/failures, evaluation of findings and presentation of repair alternatives.  Architectural/Engineering Litigation Support Services: provide comprehensive analysis to enable rendition of opinions to assist attorneys in the resolution of disputes affecting property or safety, and in the preparation of court exhibits.  Property Inspection Services: preacquisition property analysis, re-evaluation of land and development, rehabilitation feasibility studies and replacement cost determination.  Property Management Assistance Services: development of remedial work requirements in accordance with ownership requirements and maintenance planning.

1981 to 2002 - Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Eugene Holland & Associates, Ltd., consulting architects/engineers to owners, developers, lending institutions, architectural/engineering design firms, contractors, insurance companies, and attorneys.

1978 to 1981 - Assistant to the President, Coder Taylor Associates, Inc., Senior Staff Architect; maintain effective business operations and management, provide architectural consulting services by utilizing all disciplines relative to construction and building matters and provide consulting architectural services to owners, developers, lending institutions and insurance companies.

1978 - Project Architect/Contract Administrator/Field Coordinator on three Community College buildings.  Perform construction monitoring and administration; coordinate fast-track construction; interpret contract documents; liaison between services; contract document coordination and development; life cycle analysis.

1977 - Project Administrator/Field Coordinator on large Chicago Senior High School rehabilitation project.  Coordinate construction activities, review work, process requests; resolve construction conflicts.

1974 to 1978 - Project Architect on miscellaneous projects for suburban high school district.  Provide complete architectural services from schematic design through project turnover.

1974 to 1976 - Construction Manager and Project Administrator on Suburban High School.  Coordinate 54 prime contractors as construction manager, monitor project costs, perform cost control, change order and pay request processing.  As Project Administrator work directly with user, administrators and Board of Education, review work and issue punch lists, resolve construction conflicts, fast-track contract document coordinator, shop drawings reviewer, structural detailer.

1974 - Project Coordinator on commercial projects.  Contract Document Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Structural Detailer and Draftsman.

Registration

Registered Architect – Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Alabama, and Missouri; NCARB Certified.

Education

University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois, Bachelor of Architecture;  Professional Degree December, 1973 - Emphasis in Structural Engineering, Minor in Business
